The use of a microscope in zoological practice in the 15th century served as a trigger for the study of invisible bacteria and viruses, while scientific and technological progress changed the balance of forces in the biocoenosis - man began to dominate and control the abiotic and biotic factors of the planet.

Throughout the existence of man including the 19th century the nature has been mitigating the consequences of human economic activity, at the same time, the biocoenosis suffered irreparable losses of land and marine mammals - hundreds of animal and plant species disappeared.

In the 21st century, the temporal indicator of natural changes has decreased to hourly measurements, which are characterised by an increase in population size quantity of farm animals, an increase in chemical, genetic, microbiological, radio-wave pollution of the biosphere, melting of glaciers, disappearance of rivers and water bodies, which entailed irreversible changes in biological balance.

It is known that organic and inorganic pollution of the environment forms a substrate in the form of nutrient medium, which fosters the appearance and organization of microorganism colonies contributing to biocoenosis suppression, including changes in the biotome of the earth, water sources that serve as a platform for the formation of a food pyramid. Chemical, microbiological and genetic pollution of the earth, as well pollution of water bodies with wastewater are dangerous because can result at irreversible pathological processes, not only in the human body, but also in the biosphere as a whole. Millions of tons of wastewater are being discharged into rivers, lakes and seas, concentrating in water and hydrobionts the pathogens of zooanthroponoses, which are dangerous for biological organisms and their "reasonable" balance. One of these sinks are molluscs (mussels), as carriers of hepatitis and possibly other infections. Only one example out of hundreds of pathogens that form epizootic risks in the natural environment is given, which shows how adaptive a microorganism is under changing conditions.

According to experts, epizootic risks have always existed and they are effectively managed in the modern world provided they are timely prevented.

At their regular meeting, the members of organization “Union of Seascape Painters” discussed the potential risks for the environment and decided to bring the environmental problems of life and ways to solve them through painting to the inhabitants of the planet:

- individual culture of people in use of natural resources,

- culture of social relations,

- the culture of economic relations,

- culture of political relations and decisions on the use of natural resources.
